First: thank you to the lovely sweet feminist who, when I asked for suggestions for post topics bc I was drawing a blank/am first trimester tired, suggested that I just share 10 pictures and assured me that it would be enough.

I turned 31 last week and feel that this portrait most accurately reflects the experience/vibes

my father in law and i share the same birthday (it’s very special), and we shared this birthday blueberry pie

i visited my college campus after almost 10 years and it still felt like coming home <3

my mother in law got me these and they are *incredible* (they’re called the Ugg Oh Yeah slipper)

rhys graduated with his masters in city & regional planning and i’m so, so proud

i taught a say it with sugar workshop recently and had an amazing time. it was the first in-person one since before COVID! let me know if you want to teach one for your group <3

otis, after climbing up on the mantle to grab something while i was brushing my teeth. i didn’t know what the thing was (it was a treat lol), so i tackled him and he got this stripe of toothpaste. honestly, it looked good.

In what might be my best idea yet, this recipe involves a crust made of fruity pebbles cereal. Yes, a fruity pebbles crust. The filling is a silky, dreamy pudding made with cherry, brown sugar, and cinnamon. The flavor ends up being something like a blend of a bowl of cereal and a toaster strudel (just trust me - it works). And much like fruity pebbles, you most likely won’t be able to discern a specific flavor of fruit, but it’ll be delicious. And for the icing on the cake - it’s naturally purple!
